Man Charged in Brother’s Stabbing Death in Upper Marlboro

UPPER MARLBORO, MD – Harun Jackson, a 41-year-old resident of Upper Marlboro, has been charged by the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit with the murder of his brother, 48-year-old David Grant.

Officers, upon receiving a report of a stabbing, arrived at a residence on the 4700 block of Captain Bayne Court in Upper Marlboro on Tuesday, at 1:45 am.

They found Grant gravely injured from stab wounds, and he was declared dead at the location.

The preliminary probe suggests that Jackson allegedly stabbed his sibling over a disagreement. Currently facing charges including first and second-degree murder, Jackson is held at the Department of Corrections.
