Boston, MA – Officers from District B-3 (Mattapan) arrested Geronnie Pipkin, 25, of Hyde Park, on firearm charges around 6:30 PM on Saturday.
Police were called to 1565 Blue Hill Avenue after a report of an individual with a gun. They were given descriptions of several individuals, one of whom was reported to have a firearm.
Upon arrival, officers noticed three individuals leaving the area, with one matching the description of the armed person. During a pat frisk, a firearm was recovered from one individual’s left pant pocket, leading to Pipkin’s arrest.
