Rockville, MD – A Rockville man has been arrested and charged with manslaughter in connection to a deadly pedestrian accident that occurred in December of 2023.
Jose Isaac Zelaya, the suspect, allegedly struck and killed 70-year-old Teresa Moreno De Mejia as she was crossing Veirs Mill Road at Atlantic Avenue on Tuesday, December 26. The incident involved Zelaya driving a Toyota Supra. The arrest was made on Friday, May 3rd.
