The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 51-year-old Endangered Missing Person Otis Caldwell. He was last seen at 9:00 A.M., on Monday, May 9, 2022, on the 8XX block of Sanger Street.
He is 5’10”, 220 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black Nike hooded jacket with white stripes, black Adidas hat with black writing, light blue Justice League shirt, blue jeans. There was a purchase made at Save a Lot on 64XX block of Castor Avenue.
