Man Critically Injured in Hansberry Street Shooting in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A 22-year-old man was critically injured in a shooting on W. Hansberry Street, as reported by the 39th District Police.

The incident occurred at approximately 12:40 p.m. on the highway.

The victim, suffering from gunshot wounds to both thighs, was transported by police to Temple Hospital and is currently in critical condition.

The scene of the shooting was not immediately located, and no weapon has been recovered. As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting.

The Philadelphia Police Department continues to investigate the incident and asks anyone with information to come forward.
