NEW YORK, NY – New York City’s Park Place isn’t what it used to be. This week, the New York City Police Department released a photo of a suspect wanted for exposing himself to a woman waiting for the Manhattan-bound 3 train. The victim, a 24-year-old woman said the man exposed himself to her.
