Man fatally shot on Clifton Avenue in Baltimore

Baltimore, Md. — A 38-year-old man was fatally shot late Monday night in the Northwest District, prompting a homicide investigation, the Baltimore Police Department reported.

Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 3500 block of Clifton Avenue at approximately 11:01 p.m. on December 2. Upon arrival, they found the victim unresponsive, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Medics pronounced the man deceased at the scene. His identity has not yet been released, and the circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.
