Baltimore, MD – Officers responded to a reported shooting in the 2000 block of East 31st Street on Wednesday at approximately 10:48 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found an unidentified male victim lying on the street with multiple gunshot wounds. Medics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
