PHILADELPHIA, PA – Police in northeast Philadelphia reported a man was found shot dead inside a car in the Kensington section of the city early Sunday morning. Residents reported the body to police at around 7 am.
Police are investigating and have not released any details of the shooting or where the shooting took place. The man and his car were located in the 3100 block of Hartville Street.
