BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – On November 9, 2021, at approximately 6:20 p.m., Central District patrol officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Brooks Lane to investigate discharging. Once Officers arrived, they located an unidentified male victim sitting in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Medics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
