Man hospitalized after overnight shooting in Baltimore’s Western District

Baltimore, MD – A 32-year-old man was rushed to the hospital early Thursday after being found shot inside a home on West North Avenue, police said.

The incident was reported around 12:32 a.m. when Western District patrol officers responded to the 2200 block of West North Avenue for a “check the well-being” call. Inside the residence, officers discovered the victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

The man was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. His condition has not been released.
