CAMBRIDGE, MD – On August 21st at 12:30 am, Cambridge Police responded to a 911 call at 425 Henry Street. Officers found Kenneth Ramcharan near the back steps of the residence with multiple gunshot wounds. Ramcharan was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Maryland State Police homicide unit was requested to investigate the incident. Deputies from the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Department and the Maryland State Police assisted in the initial investigations and securing crime scenes.Details of the incident have not yet been released.
