Man Grazed by Bullet in Over-the-Rhine, Investigation Ongoing

CINCINNATI, OH – A shooting incident in Over-the-Rhine early Thursday resulted in a man sustaining a non-fatal gunshot wound.

A distress call received around 4:30 a.m. led police to the intersection of Logan and Green streets, where a 48-year-old man reported being shot while inside his vehicle.

Upon arrival, officers discerned that the crime scene was located at Frintz Street and East McMicken Avenue.

Sgt. Phil Buccino detailed that the vehicle had been struck by eight bullets at this location, after which the victim managed to drive to Logan and Green streets.

The injured man was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries to his left arm. No arrests have been made as the investigation continues.
