WASHINGTON, D.C.— A man was shot and killed in broad daylight near a Northeast D.C. elementary school on Tuesday afternoon.
Officers responded to the 900 block of 7th Street NE just before 1:30 p.m. and discovered the man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
