Man hospitalized after violent carjacking in Odenton

ODENTON, MD – A male victim was rushed to the hospital after being assaulted and carjacked by two men.

Anne Arundel County Police responded to the report of a stolen vehicle and robbery.

“The victim advised he was walking to his parked vehicle when he was approached by two males who assaulted him and took his keys,” the department said. “The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital. The vehicle that was stolen was a 2001 Toyota Sienna with Maryland registration. The victim was not able to give specifics on the suspects’ descriptions.”
