WILMINGTON, DE – The Delaware State Police have identified 91-year-old Henry Schaal of Wilmington as the victim of a fatal motor vehicle accident on Tuesday. The Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit of the Delaware State Police is still investigating the incident.
