BALDWIN, Pa. – Allegheny County Police are investigating a shooting that left a man in critical condition on Friday evening, according to a statement from the department.

Police responded to the 5400 block of Keeport Drive around 5:52 p.m. after receiving reports of a man being shot. First responders arrived to find an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital and remains in critical condition.

The Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit has taken charge of the investigation. Authorities have asked anyone with information to contact the County Police Tip Line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous.
