Man in Critical Condition Following Hartford Shooting

HARTFORD, CT – A man in his 30s was shot early Friday morning in Hartford.

Officers were alerted to the incident just after 2 a.m. by the ShotSpotter gunshot notification system

The incident took place at 640 Garden St.

Upon arriving, they found the man who was then transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

The shooting is under investigation by both the Hartford Police Major Crimes and the Crime Scene divisions.
