Man in Grave Condition After Times Square Hit and Run

New York, NY -The New York City Police Department is investigating after an SUV struck a 45 year-old man and Times Square Sunday morning.

According to police the victim was crossing the street at West 42nd Street and 8th Avenue when he was struck by a Dodge Durango at around 4 a.m. in the morning.

Detective for the New York City Police Department said today that the man is in grave condition and struggling to survive at this time. He was rushed to Bellevue Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.

According to police investigating the incident, no suspects or motives have been announced at this time. No arrests have been made.
