Man injured, deer killed in Manchester motorcycle crash

MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Thursday, at around 7:41 pm, members of the Manchester Township Police responded to a motorcycle collision on Route 539 and Harry Wright Boulevard. The motorcyclist, 18-year-old Jose Vergara Suarez, collided with three deer that entered the roadway, causing him to be ejected from his motorcycle.

Suarez was wearing a helmet and was transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ, for treatment for internal injuries. He was later discharged. The deer were located deceased as a result of the impact.
