Man Injured in North East Avenue Shooting

BALTIMORE, MD — A 43-year-old man was shot multiple times in an alley on the 400 block of North East Avenue yesterday afternoon.

Officers responded to the scene at approximately 12:31 p.m. after receiving reports of gunfire. The victim, who has not been identified, sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Southeast District Shooting detectives arrived later and took charge of the investigation. They are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward. The police can be contacted at 410-396-2422 for those willing to share details.
