Man Injured in Shooting on Frankford Avenue

Baltimore, MD – Police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Frankford Avenue, leaving one man injured.

On Thursday evening, at approximately 6 p.m., officers responded to the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue following reports of a shooting. Shortly after arriving at the scene, officers were notified of a gunshot wound victim arriving at a nearby hospital.

Upon their arrival at the hospital, officers encountered a 24-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. His condition has not been disclosed.

Northeast District Shooting detectives have taken over the investigation.
