RICHMOND, VA – Robert Feggins, 23, of Richmond, was identified as the deceased victim of a shooting that took place at an apartment complex on the 2200 block of Ruffin Road around 9:02 p.m. last Sunday.
Upon arrival, officers found Feggins with a gunshot injury.
He was taken to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Additionally, an unnamed woman was injured during the same incident. She was also hit by gunfire, but her injuries are not deemed life-threatening.
