The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 20-year-old Missing Person Imir Fleming. He was last seen at 8:30 P.M., on Sunday, November 7th, 2021, on the Unit block of Phil-Ellena Street.
He is 5’10”, 150 lbs., black hair with dreads down to shoulder, brown eyes, thin build, medium complexion and both tattoos on both arms.
