The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance locating Missing Person Kevin Taylor. His girlfriend last saw Kevin at their residence 2XX Fulton Street on Friday, January 7, 2022. Kevin is 5’11 and approximately 160 pounds with brown eyes and dreadlocks.
He was last seen wearing green camouflage sweatpants and a black quilted jacket. Kevin frequents the areas of 9th and Kimball and 9th and Ellsworth.
