The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 18-year-old Missing Person Amir Talley. He was last seen on Monday, November 1st, 2021, on the 59XX block of Magnolia Street.
He is 5’6″, 140 lbs., thin build, medium brown complexion, black hair with medium length braids and tattoos on both arms.
