Man Robbed at Knifepoint Inside Bronx Subway Station

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public after an incident involving an armed robbery at the Mosholu Parkway train station.

On Thursday, at approximately 8:04 PM, the victim, a 22-year-old male, was exiting the turnstiles when an unidentified individual approached him.

The suspect brandished a knife and demanded the victim’s belongings. During the altercation, the suspect slapped the victim in the face and forcibly took his headphones, along with other items, including $100. Subsequently, the suspect fled into the nearby Mosholu Parkway Park.

The victim did not sustain any injuries.

According to the description provided, the suspect is described as a male with a medium complexion, estimated to be between 21 to 28 years old. He is approximately 5’7″ to 5’8″ tall and has a slim build. At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing a white hat, white tank top, gray shorts, black socks, and gray sneakers.
