SARATOGA COUNTY, NY – Saratoga County District Attorney, Karen A. Heggen, confirmed the sentencing of Jordan Hensleigh of Ballston Spa.
Hensleigh received 2-4 years for the attempted assault on a NYS Court Uniformed Officer.
The incident occurred in Ballston Spa on Monday, September 19, 2022.
Additionally, he received another 2-4 consecutive years for violating a Court Order in Saratoga Springs on March 24, 2022.
District Attorney Heggen highlighted the defendant’s disregard for the law and praised the actions of various law enforcement agencies.
