BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department Northeast Division is investigating a homicide which took place on April 3rd. This incident occurred on the 1500 Block of East 28th Street.
According to Police: “At approximately 7:31 p.m., officers responded to the for a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified male inside a vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he died a short time later.”
