Man Shot and Killed Saturday Night in Swatara Township

SWATARA TOWNSHIP, PA – Swatara Township police have apprehended 26-year-old Francisco Hernandez-Hernandez following a lethal shooting incident last Saturday evening.

The accused, a resident of the 300 block of North Harrisburg Street, faces charges including murder and illegal possession of a firearm.

The confrontation led to the death of 39-year-old Josue Saez and left another male wounded. Police, who arrived at the apartment building post 10:30 p.m., confirmed Saez’s death at the scene. The injured party received medical attention at a local hospital.

While Hernandez-Hernandez awaits arraignment at the Dauphin County Booking Center, police are also pursuing Felix Hernandez-Hernandez, a person of interest.
