Man Shot in Buffalo’s Riverside Neighborhood

BUFFALO, N.Y. – A shooting recently occurred on the 900 block of Tonawanda Street in Buffalo’s Riverside neighborhood.

The incident took place on Thursday evening around 7:30 p.m.

Buffalo Police officers who arrived at the scene found a man with a gunshot wound to his leg.

He was subsequently transported to the Erie County Medical Center for treatment.

According to a City of Buffalo representative, the injuries sustained by the man are not life-threatening.
