Man shot in leg in Sunday morning Queens shooting, suspect at large

QUEENS, N.Y. — A 38-year-old man was shot in the leg early Sunday morning in Queens, and the suspect remains at large, police said.

The shooting occurred around 4:20 a.m. near Richmond Street and Fulton Street. An unidentified individual fired a gun, striking the victim in the left leg before fleeing on foot.

EMS transported the victim to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition.

Police have not released a description of the suspect, and the investigation is ongoing.
