Man Shot In The Face In Baltimore, Suspects Arrested

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A shooting incident in Central Baltimore yesterday has prompted a swift response from law enforcement. At around 2:28 p.m., Central District patrol officers, while near Lexington Market, heard gunshots emanating from the 300 block of Lexington Street.

Upon reaching the location, officers found a 29-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his face. The victim was quickly transported to a nearby hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.

In the aftermath, two individuals believed to be connected to the incident were seen fleeing towards Lexington & Howard Street. The officers successfully apprehended these persons of interest.

Central District Shooting detectives have taken over the investigation. The Baltimore Police Department is urging anyone with information about the shooting to contact the Central District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2411.
