Man shot multiple times dead in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD — A man died after being shot on North Paca Street early Sunday morning, marking the latest fatal shooting in Baltimore’s Central District, police said.

Officers responded to the 400 block of North Paca Street at approximately 2:02 a.m. for reports of gunfire. At the scene, they discovered a 50-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. His identity has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.

No arrests have been announced, and officials have not shared details regarding a possible motive or suspect description. The investigation remains ongoing.
