BALTIMORE, MD – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one victim with multiple gunshot wounds early Saturday morning.

Police responded to a local hospital where the suspect had checked in earlier with gunshot wounds to each leg.

During their investigation, police learned the shooting had occurred before 7 am in the 100 block of N. Highland Avenue. The suspect reported hearing two gunshots before realizing he had been struck. Police identified him only as a 49-year-old male.

At this time, no suspects have been identified and no arrests have been made.
