Man shot numerous times dead in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD — A 29-year-old man died after being shot multiple times Thursday night in Baltimore’s Northwest District, authorities said.

Officers responded to the 3900 block of Dolfield Avenue around 8:35 p.m. for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found the victim suffering from numerous life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics transported him to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead despite life-saving efforts.

Homicide detectives have taken over the investigation and are working to identify suspects and determine a motive.
