Man shot to death in Elvans Road in D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A 25-year-old man was killed Thursday night after being shot multiple times in the 2400 block of Elvans Road SE, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.

Officers arrived to find Tre’von Norman of Waldorf, Maryland, still breathing at the scene. Despite efforts to provide life-saving aid, he was pronounced dead shortly after.
