Man shot to death in Homeless Encampment

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – On November 16, 2021 at approximately 1:35 p.m., officers responded to a homeless encampment area in the 100 block of W. Patapsco Avenue for a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified adult male who was suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
