Man Shot Twice in Castle Boulevard Shooting

SILVER SPRING, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are probing into a shooting incident last Monday in an apartment complex on the 14000 block of Castle Blvd.

At approximately 10:09 p.m., officers arrived at the scene after receiving reports of a shooting.

An adult male victim, who was outside the apartment building, had been shot twice in the torso by an unidentified suspect.

The victim was immediately transported to a nearby hospital with severe injuries. Further inspection revealed that bullets had also struck three apartments.

Detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect involved in the incident.
