Man Shot Twice in Schenectady in Critical Condition

Schenectady, NY – Police are investigating a Friday morning shooting in Schenectady that sent a 28-year-old man to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.

On Friday, August 19, 2022, at approximately 10:55 AM, officers responded to the 1000 block of Delamont Ave for a report of a male that had been shot.

“Upon arrival, officers located a 28 year old male with multiple gunshot wounds to his stomach and leg. The victim was transported to Albany Medical Center in critical condition.” police reported today.
