Man Shot While Riding Bicycle Outside Dairy Queen in Niagra

NIAGARA FALLS, NY – An individual, whose name has been withheld, was injured in a shooting outside a Dairy Queen on Niagara Street early last Wednesday.

Responding at approximately 5:30 a.m., Niagara Falls City Police found the victim alongside a bicycle, who reported being shot.

Despite initial difficulties due to the victim’s layered clothing, medical personnel at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center later identified three gunshot wounds.

The suspected shooter has been named by the victim, although no details have been released by the police.

The investigation is currently active, and the Niagara Falls City Police is pursuing all leads in the case.
