Man Shouts Anti-Asian Slurs, Headbutts Victim in Queens

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is investigating a racially motivated assault that took place Tuesday night in Queens at around 8:56 pm in the area of 34-27 Steinway Street. Police said a 22-year-old man was approached by an unknown individual who was shouting ant-Asian racial slurs at him. The suspect approached the victim and headbutted him before fleeing the scene.
