Annapolis police are investigating an aggravated assault that took place on July 10, 2024, in the 500 block of 4th Street. The victim reported a verbal altercation with Andrew McPartland regarding parking on his property.
As McPartland was driving away, he allegedly drove onto the sidewalk towards the victim, attempting to assault him but did not make contact.
Charges against McPartland are pending as the investigation continues.
