PHILADELPHIA, PA – On October 21, 2020 at approximately 8:30 PM, the suspect was captured on surveillance video at 1200 Point Breeze Avenue. The suspect is seen walking toward the victim, pulling out a handgun and firing several gunshots at the victim.
