Man wanted for exposing himself on Bronx subway train during morning commute

BRONX, NY – Police are searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself and committed a lewd act aboard a crowded Bronx subway car during rush hour earlier this month.

The incident occurred around 8:14 a.m. on Thursday, August 7, aboard a northbound “B” train as it entered the Kingsbridge Road station. A 26-year-old female passenger told police she witnessed the man exposing himself and engaging in public lewdness while seated across from her.

The suspect fled into an adjacent subway car shortly after being seen. No injuries were reported in the incident.

The NYPD released a description of the individual, who remains at large. He is described as a male with a dark complexion, last seen wearing a white sweatshirt, blue jeans, white and black sneakers, and carrying a black backpack.

The case is being investigated by the 52nd Precinct and Transit District 11. Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man and bringing him in for questioning.
