CUMBERLAND, MD – On December 27, Cumberland Police Department responded to an assault report at a residence on the 900 block of Grand Ave. The investigation revealed Jeremiah James Arbogast, 43, of Ft. Ashby, WV, assaulted an adult male and a juvenile. The male victim required medical attention and was transported by the Cumberland Fire Department to UPMC. Arbogast faces charges of First Degree Assault and Child Abuse.
