Man Wounded in Shooting Seeks Help at Baltimore Hospital

BALTIMORE, MD – A man was found with a gunshot wound this morning in Southwest Baltimore.

Shortly after 5 am this morning, Southwest District patrol officers responded to a local hospital following a report of a walk-in shooting victim. Upon arrival, they discovered a 56-year-old male with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

The investigation led officers to identify a crime scene at the 500 block of South Smallwood Street. Southwest District detectives are actively investigating the incident and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
