Manhattan Man Shot Dead in East Harlem

NEW YORK, NY – Police responded to a 911 call on Wednesday morning about a male shot in front of 206 East 119 Street. The victim, identified as 34-year-old Akebulon Reeves of 5 West 131 Street, had multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.

EMS took Reeves to NYC Health and Hospitals/Metropolitan, where he was pronounced dead. The case remains under investigation by the 25 Precinct, and there have been no arrests at this time.
