New York, NY – A 25-year-old woman was attacked with a baseball bat while walking in front of 229 7th Avenue on Thursday night around 10:05 PM. The assailant struck her on the head, causing a laceration and bruising.
She was transported to Lenox Hill Hospital in stable condition following the incident. The attacker, described as a male with a dark complexion and medium build, was last seen wearing a black jacket, gray pants, a blue knit hat, and gray sneakers.
