Marcos Antonio Rivera-Rodriguez arrested in Ocean County for Assault with Deadly Weapon

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A man booked into the Ocean County Jail early Wednesday is being held without bail on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon resulting in bodily injury, according to public inmate records.

Marcos Antonio Rivera-Rodriguez was taken into custody and committed to the jail on July 30. He is facing a second-degree charge under New Jersey statute 2C:12-1B(2), which covers aggravated assault involving the use of a deadly weapon that causes bodily harm.
